SUMMARY:
To provide prompt and reliable service, we ship all products (with the exception of Rogar's Estate and Champion corkscrews) directly from our warehouse to you. We do not use drop-shipping services (except in very rare circumstances.)
Most orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Orders requiring engraving and imprinting may take 3 to 4 weeks.
Transit time in shipping depends on the shipping method. It can vary from one business day for Next Day Air to 6 business days for Ground transit.
30 day return policy (except professional corkscrews--Cedon, Dion, Zeus--which carry 15% restocking fee). If merchandise is returned without its original packaging (except shrinkwrap), there will be a 15% restocking fee. Imprinted or engraved items can not be returned or exchanged.
Return Material Authorization (RMA) # required for ALL returns. Send email to returns@corkscrew-mart.com.
Orders requiring engraving and imprinting are immediately charged to your credit card. Other orders may be charged a day prior to shipping.
Special Orders are those for which quantity based discounts are given above and beyond those shown on our website. There is a re-stocking fee of 15% on returns for all such orders. Imprinted and engraved items can not be exchanged or returned.

2. International Orders
If you want to ship to, or purchase from, a country other than the United Stated, we recommend you try our affliated web site: Corkscrew International.
3. Customer Satisfaction Gaurantee/Return Policy:
We at Corkscrew Mart hope your purchase is perfect in every way. We will happily replace items that were damaged through shipment, or credit or exchange any merchandise you're not happy with. The only exception to this policy concerns uncorking machines (Cedon, Dion & Zeus), for which we charge a 15% restocking fee on returns or exchanges. We must receive the merchandise within 30 days from the day it was delivered to you.
Simply email us at sales@corkscrew-mart.com within 20 days from the date of purchase. We will send you the address for Returns, and a Return Authorization Number. No returned merchandise will be credited or accepted without this Return Authorization Number. Ship us the merchandise, including original product packaging and literature, complete and in resalable condition. Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip with the returned merchandise. Original shipping charges and return freight are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you want to return a gift that was originally purchased from us, we will be happy to give you a store credit which you can use towards purchase of another product from us. However, we can not give you a refund if you did not buy the product from us.
Samples of imprinted and engraved corkscrews and bottle stoppers can not be returned or exchanged.
4. Shipping And Insurance
All orders are delivered via UPS Services, USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Please note: UPS will not ship to a P.O. Box.
All shipping charges include insurance. Shipping weight for the order is calculated as the combined ship weight of all the items in the order.
All pricing and shipping charges are subject to change at any time.
Unless otherwise noted, all items are in stock and will ship within 2-3 business days.
5. Sales Tax
We are required by law to charge California residents 8% sales tax Sales tax will be automatically added to orders shipped within the State of California. All orders shipped outside of California are not taxable.
6. Secure Shopping
Together with the electronic commerce community, Corkscrew Mart has taken every measure to ensure that shopping online with us is as secure as ordering from a catalogue or making a purchase from a shop.
The technology involved is called SSL, for "Secure Socket Layer, and was developed by Visa, MasterCard and other major electronic commerce players to safeguard the online shopping consumer. The credit card number you enter into our order form is encrypted automatically, transmitted in this encrypted format across the Internet, and then decoded once it gets to us.
The specialized SSL (Secure Socket Layer) pages we use can be identified by the picture of a tiny gold "lock" displayed in the bottom left corner of your browser when you are viewing and entering information on our Secure order pages.
